Ask us to make it right

Every product page lists exactly what is in the file and shows the real numbers it produces. If what you downloaded does not match that, or will not open, tell us here and we will repair it, replace it, or refund it.

All sales are final by default, because the file is delivered the moment you pay. This form is how you appeal that. There is no automatic refund button, and there is no form letter at the other end.
